Before you rush into the next quarter, let's take a minute to check in on the last.

What worked? What didn’t?
What gave you energy? What quietly drained it?
What are you proud of? What are you ready to do differently?

We’ll:

● Look back through guided reflection
● Get honest about what you want more + less of
● Notice what deserves to be acknowledged (we're notoriously bad at this)
● Choose 1–3 true north themes for the quarter ahead
● Do it alongside a small group of women who are willing to show up honestly

You don’t need another giant list of goals.

You need enough space to hear yourself think alongside aligned women doing the same.
